Michael Perrotta, Senior Editor at Bellucci, Palms & Carmichael returns to his office base in Hollywood, California, extremely satisfied with the presentation, in the town of Pago Veiano in the province of Benevento, Italy, of Michela Mercuri’s short-stories: “Quattro Passi Oltre la Porta.” Mr. Perrotta was so pleased by the writings of this young talented writer, that he immediately got the stories translated into English, titled: “Four Steps Beyond the Door.”

Even though this town small in size, its citizens showed their big warm hearts towards the project and towards welcoming Mr. Perrotta among them. He felt right home from the very first “steps” he took in Piazza Madonna Santissima del Rosario (the main square) where it was held the night of August 5, 2020.
The mayor, Mr. Mauro de Ieso gave a deep felt greeting opening the evening’s event. What was most appreciated by everyone present and especially Mr. Perrotta, were the coordinators impeccable organizational efficiency and Dott.ssa Lucia De Rosa, the moderator, who made the “lounge” atmosphere, which she created on stage, unique indeed.
Mr. Perrotta looks forward in returning to the region where with the coordination of The Morcone-San Marco dei Cavoti Rotary Club, will be hosting another event by mid-October.
After he returns from a promotional and sales tour of Los Angeles, CA and Cancun, Mexico, he will be available for any questions the guests, who that night didn’t have a chance to ask him, since at the very end of the event, a light drizzle brought the evening to a close.
Even the light rain didn’t deter Mr. Perrotta from taking a commitment from coming back to say “hello” once again.
